Ivan Schouker is Managing Partner at Finarchitects, an advisory and venture firm accompanying investors, entrepreneurs, and management teams. His engagements focus on technology, finance, professional services organizations, and foundations as chief executive, board member, operating partner, or adviser.
He previously led transformations as chief executive of two international banking businesses at American Express, then Toronto Dominion, at an Asian family-owned financial services group, as well as a principal at Booz Allen & Hamilton (now PWC Strategy) in Hong Kong, London, New York, and Washington D.C.
Ivan began his career in investment banking at Banque Paribas (now BNP Paribas) in New York and Taiwan. He holds degrees from Columbia University, the London School of Economics, and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. He lectures on change management at the Geneva School of Economics and Management (University of Geneva) and was a co-author of “Outsourcing and Human Resource Management” (Routledge, 2007). He is a contributing author to “The Guiding Purpose Strategy” (2nd edition, May 2020, ClinkStreet)
